Reattest Prep does not touch CAQH ProView. You still attest inside CAQH. What you get here is the prep sheet the credentialing services charge $50–$200 per provider per month to produce — the countdown, the document-status table, the CAQH profile section-by-section checklist, and the material-change disclosure summary the manager takes into CAQH ProView.

Escalations flag counsel, not conclusions

Reattest Prep does not render a legal opinion on whether a claim is reportable. Every gray-area disclosure produces an ESCALATE callout naming the specific referral (health-law counsel / NPDB reporting authority / state medical board) and the specific clock (e.g. NPDB filing within 30 days of an adverse action becoming final). The manager takes it from there.
